About Us
GoldStar Horse Rescue and Sanctuary
Many of the horses we have come across in our work have found their way to us out of trying circumstances. With the help of some loving hands of our friends and community, they have been guided to their forever home in the golden pastures of GoldStar Stables. Whether the horse was headed towards a kill pen, simply too much for an earnest owner, or needing a safe place to retire, it is a well-known fact that Mollie of GoldStar Stables will not let a horse go uncared for.
Regardless of the horse’s past or medical issues, rehabilitation with the proper care, nutrition and love are the top priority. Horses and ponies alike have passed through these gates with a variety of issues, only to find them months later, surpassing what anyone previously thought they were capable of. Horses that were never to run again, now galloping freely with new friends.

At GoldStar Stables, we believe that quality horse boarding shouldn’t
break the bank. That’s why we offer affordable rates for our top-notch facilities and services. Our spacious stalls have soft flooring and are cleaned daily, and our experienced staff provides personalized care for each horse. We also offer pasture board for horses who prefer to graze and roam.

Jake lives with Cushings disease and requires gentle care, clean air, and a calm space. With the right environment, he thrives peacefully among his pasture mates.

Cushings disease
Hank’s disease means he needs close monitoring and extra comfort. His soft nature and strength make him a favorite among both volunteers and visitors.
Pancake

Pancake has Cushing’s disease, needing specialized treatment and routine checkups. Despite this, he’s cheerful, social, loving and always first in line for attention.

Peanut also manages Cushing’s disease, but her playful spirit shines through. With proper medication and love, He continues to live a happy, active life.
